Lara and Troy were married in Portland, Oregon in 1997. Lara works as an emergency room registered nurse. Troy is a lieutenant in charge of the North Plains, Oregon Fire Station. They enjoy camping, bike riding and remodeling their home.

Taylor is currently a student in elementary school. She is an excellent student and enjoys an active involvement in sports and drama, among other normal childhood activities.

This is Desi at 12 months old munching on some Cheerios - one of her favorite past times. Desi is very active and full of energy, keeping her parents constantly on their toes! She's also an angel.
