BIRTH! Christian Jr., was the 11th child born to Christian Wilhelm andCatharina (Batdorf) Walborn. He was Confirmed in the Christ LutheranChurch, Stouchsburg, PA., on Whitsunday 1754, at the age of 14.

Years later, he served as a Deacon of this same Church.

1790 census= Berks co. Pa had 5 females, 1or 2 males over___.

1800-1810- in Dauphin co. PA

He was the father of seven children from his first marriage, and one fromhis second marriage.

15. Martinus WALBORN

He was a Revolutionary War Soldier.
He married Maria Margaretha Lei b. 1734, dau of Christopher and AnnaBarbara
(Bayer) Lei and sister of Michael Lei who bought his Mother's andsister's
shares of the Large Lei Plantation west of Myerstown, PA which has a
beautifully proportioned arch beneath th house. It may be on of only two
examples of early Germanic houses straddling arches in the Westernhemisphere.
