In the name of God Amen I Batson Naylor of Prince George's County in the Providence of Maryland being sick and weak in Body but perfect since and many Bles be to God for it I do by these presents make apoint this my last Will and Testament as follos
Item I give and bequeath unto my Deare and well beloved Wife Marget Naylor my Dwelling House and Plantashion a Tract called Wood Brigg for and during her Naterl Life and after her Decease to be equally Devide betwene my two sons Batson and Benman Naylor and thear ares forever.
Item I give and bequeth unto my Son George Naylor and his ares forever a Tract of Land called Ealves Laram.
Item I is my Will that my Jest Debts and Furnal charges be first paid out of the Remaner of my Estate when that is ade and Don I give and bequeath to my well Beloved Wife Marget Naylor the third part of my Estate and the Part to be Equally Devided among my children George, Anne, Batson, Benaman, Marthew, Elizabeth and Lettis Naylor and there ares forever.
Lastly I do appoint my Wife Maret Naylor and my Son George Naylor my sole Exeters of this my last Will and Testament Whereunto I have Set my Hand and fixed my Seale this ninth day of Apral Anno Domini 1769-Signed Sealed and Delivered in Pesants of us.

Nicholas was living in Madison, Pike, IN in 1820 - same township as Thomas Fowler, son of Zachariah Fowler and Sarah Polke. It is believed that Zachariah was the brother of Benjamin Fowler who married Mary Naylor - probably the sister of Nicholas.

The other brothers and sisters are Elizabeth, Polly, Joshua, James Jr., Simeon and Lloyd. These folks came from Prince George County, Md in 1798 (see Green County, Ky land entries). James Wilson Selby's brothers and sisters are Josiah, Lingan, Jeremiah, Thomas, and Zachariah. James and all his brothers and father, William Magruder Selby all served in the Revolutionary War (see Oath of Allegiance, 1776, Muster Roles, Archives of Maryland, Vol 18). William Magrider Selby died and his widow Martha Wilson Selby all came to Kentucky (see Adair co Ky deed regarding Martha appointing NICHOLAS NAYLOR to sell slaves back in Prince George County, Md.)Nicholas married Mary SELBY daughter of William Macgruder SELBY and Martha WILSON on 15 Feb 1783 in Prince Georges, Maryland.
