In the name of God Amen I George Naylor of Prince Georges County in the Providence of Maryland Weak of Boddy bout of perfect sence and memory Praised be God for it and Calling to mind the Brevity and uncertainty of this life and knowing it is Appointed for all Men once to Dye I doe by these presents make and Constitute my last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz-first and pricipally I give to God mt Creator my Soul from whom I hd it trusting and firmly believing that through and by the Precious Death and Merrits of my Dear Savior Jesus Christ I shall obtain Remission of my Sins and shall enter into his Glory as for my Boddy I bequeath it the Earth from whence it came to be Decently buried in Such manner as shall seem fitt to my Executors hereinafter named as for such Earthly Goods as it hath please God to bless me with I give and bequeath as follows Imprimis I give and Bequeath to my well beloved Son George Naylor all that part of a Tract of land which I hold Called and known by the name The forest of Faney to him and his Heirs forever. Also one Negro womena named Jenny with her future increase for the Support and Maintenance of my Daughter Sarah Naylor during her naturall life.
Item I give to my well beloved Son aforesaid all my Personal Estate Except such as is hereafter Excepted Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved Son Battson Naylor one Negro Boy named Leander to be Delivered when the afores d Batson is Twenty one years of age allso one Cow and Calf to be Delivered to the s d Battson Naylor when attains the Age afores d.
Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Darcus Naylor one Negro Girl named Floree allso one Cow and Calf to be Delivered at the Expiration of one whole year after Demand made thereof. Item I give and bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Ann Graham the Wife of Thomas Graham one negro boy named Andrew which she has now in Possession and of this my last Will and Testament I do hereby constitute appoint and ordain my Dearly and well beloved Son George Naylor my Executor Revoking all other heretofore by me made Ratifying and Confirmining this and noe other to be my last Will & Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and Seal this thirty first day of January Anno Dom 1739/40

Then came James Watson Henry Lee & Thomas Bean the Three Subscribing Evidences to the foregoing Will & heard him Publish and declair the Same to be his last Will & Testament & at the time of his so doing he was of Sound & disposing memory to the best of their apprehension & in his presence & at his request they Subscribed the Same as Evidences.
