PA by 1820 with one male and 2 females besides Charles and Ellen; in PA to1823/4; in OH by 18 Nov 1824; in Warren twp, Jefferson Co., OH by 1830 with 4 males and 3 females besides Charles and Ellen; to Fulton Co, IL 1838/9; owned 200 acres in sections 10 and 15, Woodland twp, Fulton Co. at hisdeath in 1859, part of which was purchased from Federal land sales in January 1838

Perhaps married in Montgomery Co, PA; Lived on a farm in ChesterCo, PA until 1825, at which time they moved to a farm near Mt.Pleasant, Jefferson Co, OH; moved again to Fulton Co, IL nearSummum and a year later to a farm a mile west of Ipave inVermont twp; belonged to the Gwynead, Abington, and Radnor MMsin PA, the Short Creek MM in OH (1825), and the Clear Creek MM(1829) of the Quaker faith in IL.
