Hello Branson families! Thank you Sandra for this incredible web site! I'm searching for connections to my Lewis line for surnames Branson, Laughlin and Dorman. These names run strong in my family as given names, descending from Thomas Jefferson Lewis, born in Hamilton, Ohio in 1809. I suspect these families comingled in Virginia in the 1700's and some unknown Lewis migrated west to Ohio to become Thomas Jefferson Lewis's father. I see lots of Branson and Laughlin lines here.
